Packages 1 to 4: The subject of the order, as specified in the material and price form, was drawn up on the basis of delivery plans and analyses for the last 24 months. The observation of deliveries in previous years shows that it is difficult to predict quantitative and assortmental repeatability. In the light of the above, the Ordering Party reserves the right to change the quantity of the subject-matter of the contract specified as to the type (assortment) in the material and price form, as well as to limit the subject-matter of the contract due to needs that the Ordering Party is not able to strictly predict on the basis of the procedure conducted, as well as, under the contract, 6. Promotional prices, special prices, seasonal discounts, discounts, etc. will apply to the ordered consumable laboratory materials, provided that they are more favorable than the prices offered in the procedure, and the Ordering Party will refer to promotion, special price, discount or seasonal discounts in its order. The Ordering Party requires that the Contractor send to the Ordering Party's e-mail within 5 working days from the date of conclusion of the contract an electronic valued version of the material and price form in xls format.
