… 07, in the amount of 500 Mg/year, sent for recovery and disposal – recovery operation R12, generated by residents of the municipality of Sułkowice, delivered by the entity receiving municipal waste, for a period of 12 months, i.e. from 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2027. 2. Transport of waste will take place from the transhipment point, i.e. the storage and transport base to the place of its management, in accordance with the requirements set out in the Waste Act of 14 December 2012 (Journal of Laws No. Journal of Laws 2023, item 1587 as amended). 3. This information is provided in order to illustrate the existing situation and was obtained from reports submitted by entities providing municipal waste management services in the Sułkowice Commune. The amount of waste generated is not dependent on the Ordering Party, the calculated amount is estimated and may be changed according to the actual needs of the Ordering Party. The Ordering Party reserves the right to reduce or increase the amount of waste sent for management, depending on actual needs, without the Contractor's right to claim damages in this respect. 4. Designation of the subject of the contract according to the codes of the Common Procurement Vocabulary (CPV) • 90 50 00 00-2 - waste-related services, • 90 51 31 00-7 - household waste export services, • 90 51 20 00-9 - waste transport services, • 90 53 30 00-2 - waste management services The Ordering Party's obligations will include loading waste onto means of transport substituted by the Contractor. Supplementary contracts referred to in Article 214 para. 1 point 7): The contracting authority provides for the possibility of awarding, within 3 years from the date of award of the basic contract to the existing contractor, a contract consisting in the repetition of similar services with a total value of up to 50% of the value of the basic contract.
