The Ordering Party does not allow the possibility for one Contractor to submit an offer comprising simultaneously Package No. 1 and Package No. 2. If the Contractor submits a tender comprising more than one package, all the partial tenders submitted by that Contractor shall be rejected pursuant to Article 226(2) CTMR. 1 point 5 of the Public Procurement Act as incompatible with the terms of the contract set out in the tender specification.
