… Contract and resignation from part of the Subject of the Order, the remuneration due to the Contractor will be proportionally reduced, with the Ordering Party making payment for the performed part of the Contract. 6. Any changes to the Agreement require a written form, under pain of nullity. 7. During the term of the Contract, the Contractor undertakes to notify the Ordering Party in writing of any change of registered office or company name. 8. Neither party may, without the consent of the other party, assign in writing, on pain of nullity, to a third party claims arising from this contract.
