… collection of municipal waste and equipping the selective municipal waste collection point located on the plot with cadastral number 122/2 within the cadastral area of Łysinin, Gąsawa municipality with containers with a capacity of 7000 l (KP7) in the amount of 6 units, containers with a capacity of 120 l in the amount of 4 units intended for the separate collection of municipal waste. collection of unsorted (mixed) municipal waste collected in containers and collection of separately collected waste, including at the Separate Municipal Waste Collection Point in Łysinin, collected in bell-type containers, or mesh within a maximum of 72 hours from the moment of notification by the Ordering Party. Offering a period longer than 72 hours will be considered incompatible with the terms of the contract and will result in the rejection of the offer pursuant to Art. 1 point 5 of the Public Procurement Act A detailed description of the subject-matter of the contract is set out in Annex 1 to the ToR, ‘Description of the subject-matter of the contract’, together with Annex 1 to the ToR. · The subject of the contract includes: - Collection and management of unsorted (mixed) municipal waste from owners of properties where residents live, within the administrative boundaries of the entire Gąsawa commune, Żnin County, Kujawsko-Pomorskie Voivodeship. - Collection and management of separately collected waste from the owners of properties inhabited by residents located within the administrative boundaries of the Gąsawa Commune and from the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point located on plot No 122/2 within the cadastral area of Łysinin, Gąsawa Commune. - Collection and management of bio-waste collected in containers located on properties residing in the municipality of Gąsawa. - Equipping owners of properties on which residents live, located within the administrative boundaries of the municipality of Gąsawa, with facilities for the separate collection of municipal waste. - Equipment of the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point located on plot 122/2 within the Łysinin cadastral area, Gąsawa Municipality, in containers with a capacity of 7000 l (KP7) in the amount of 6 pcs., containers with a capacity of 120 l in the amount of 4 pcs. intended for the separate collection of municipal waste. Bell-type containers with a capacity of 1500 l are available to the Ordering Party. - Management of unsorted (mixed) municipal waste collected from the municipality of Gąsawa (20 03 01), bio-waste (20 02 01) and residues from the sorting of municipal waste for storage (19 12 12) in municipal installations. The contractor will be obliged to hand them over to the recovery and disposal facility, in accordance with the waste hierarchy referred to in Articles 17 and 18 of the Waste Act of 14 December 2012. - Collection of unsorted (mixed) municipal waste collected in containers and collection of separately collected waste, including at the Separate Municipal Waste Collection Point in Łysinin, collected in bell-type containers, or mesh within a maximum of 72 hours from the moment of notification by the Ordering Party.
