The result of the test confirming the presence of anaerobic spore sticks in 0.0001 g, which will be ordered by the Ordering Party, will result in the return of the purchased batch of goods at the expense of the Seller. The VAT rate according to the category of animal feed, which is classified under the chapters (codes) of the Combined Nomenclature (CN), listed in Annex 10 to the VAT Act. The ordering party is a taxable person for agricultural tax and will use the ordered product for its own needs.
