… trash bins, leave in neighbouring areas contaminants generated during the work, scavenging, raking, blowing contaminants into areas adjacent to the served green areas. b) Technically efficient equipment should be used to perform the work, which used in accordance with the intended purpose will not endanger human, animal or environmental health. c) The work should be carried out in accordance with the provisions of the Nature Protection Act and in accordance with the horticultural art, applicable standards, regulations and technical knowledge, in a way that ensures the safety of users of the areas. d) The Contractor is obliged throughout the duration of the work to maintain order on the area covered by the work and in places adjacent to the work area that may be contaminated as a result of the work (e.g. footpaths, bicycle paths, roadways, straps of street greenery). e) In the immediate vicinity of residential buildings, works, with the use of combustion equipment and other equipment causing noise, it should be carried out in silence at night (22.00 - 6.00). f) Plant residues and waste generated during the work should be exported at the latest by 8 a.m. on the day following the completion of the work, the waste may not remain in the field for the weekend and the holiday day. g) The Contractor is obliged to provide the necessary equipment and materials to perform the above-mentioned work and insecticides approved by the Ordering Party. h) All waste related to the implementation of the order will be transferred to the Municipal Installation at ul. i) the Contractor, as part of the provision of services covered by this contract, becomes a waste producer and is obliged to keep records of waste in accordance with the Act of 14 December 2012 on waste (j) the Contractor declares that he is an entrepreneur who, in the field of business activity, is involved in carrying out the activities covered by this contract, and has the necessary knowledge, skills, equipment, qualifications and rights to perform the obligation under this contract; • has an entry in the BDO register; • has concluded a contract with the Municipal Installation for the acceptance of the entire waste stream generated as part of the works covered by this contract. k) The Contractor undertakes to perform the subject of this contract in accordance with the applicable law and with due diligence taking into account the professional nature of his business. l) The Contractor of the task is obliged to handle the waste in a manner consistent with the Waste Act. m) The Contractor of the task is obliged to provide an invoice together with proof of waste weighing (KPO / proof of weighing) from the municipal installation. n) Costs related to waste storage lie with the Ordering Party. o) Tree felling - tree felling using a lift, leveling and ordering the area. It is also required to use the remaining, shredded wood material in the form of wood chips as mulch - as part of the maintenance of green areas.
