INFORMATION ON PROCUREMENT PROVISIONS REFERRED TO IN ARTICLE 214 1 POINTS 7 AND 8 OF THE PUBLIC AGREEMENT, IF THE CONTRACTING AUTHORITY PROVIDES FOR THE AWARD OF SUCH CONTRACTS 27.1 For each part of the contract, the Contracting Authority shall provide for the exercise of the right to award to the existing Contractor a contract consisting in the repetition of similar services in accordance with the procedure provided for in Article 214(1)(7) of the Act of 11 September 2019, Public Procurement Law up to 100% of the contract value.
