This consultation will be the subject of a "composite" framework agreement concluded with a single economic operator, comprising a part treated in the form of an ordinary contract, and a part treated in the form of a framework agreement with purchase orders. It is composed on the one hand of the ordinary part concerning the preventive maintenance mission and on the other hand of order forms concerning corrective maintenance.
