What the buyer is looking for
"Composite" contract combining an ordinary market part (composed of a firm and conditional fixed-price tranches) and a framework agreement part (purchase orders) for the supply and delivery of "turnkey" SKIDs for the heating networks (hot water) in Nîmes from the Nimergie public service delegation. Four types of SKIDs are required: Heating (1 exchanger, Sanitary Hot Water (ECS - 1 exchanger), Mixed Double (1 exchanger heating + 1 exchanger ECS) and Double ECS (2 exchangers ECS). The services will include: Studies and Engineering, Mechanical Manufacturing and Assembly, Thermal Insulation, Electricity and Automation, Testing and Documentation, Logistics. The services excluded are: lifting and handling, defining the location on site, removal and disposal of old systems. The maximum amount of the order form part, corresponding to the SKIDs for antennas not signed to date, is fixed at EUR 1 600 000 excluding VAT. · The supply of the skid will include: exchanger, control valve, purger, electrical cabinet, instrumentation, valves, meter and PLC and any equipment necessary for its proper operation.
