… platform www.marches-publics.info. To this end, operators must refer to the initial documents: contract notice, consultation rules and administrative terms and conditions. The contracting authority has ten working days (which may be extended to 15 days if specifically requested) to analyse the applications from the date of their receipt. He will inform the economic operators on the admissibility of their applications knowing that in case of refusal, the economic operator will always have the possibility to represent his application. The economic operators thus referenced will be sent the documents relating to the specific contracts accompanied by a consultation letter explaining the procedure to be followed. Candidates are invited to read carefully the consultation rules which explain the procedure. Operators may apply for the duration of the DPS.
