What the buyer is looking for
For the post offices listed in Annex 1, letters and registered letters must be sent from 01.07.2027. This contract governs, for the judicial authorities referred to in this Annex, the collection, preparation, transport and delivery of postal items. Formal mail delivery orders are excluded. The careful and proper execution of letter services is of considerable importance for many court proceedings. Unexecuted or defective or delayed service of letters can lead to serious problems for the administration of justice and for citizens seeking justice, with very far-reaching consequences. The purpose of this contract is to ensure that the service of letters to the judicial authorities listed in Annex 1 is carried out at a very high level of quality, while taking due account of the objective of cost-effectiveness.
