This is the building of the former Army Crew House (PDA). Today, both houses form a rather complex structure, consisting of two main buildings, connected by a courtyard wing, standing on the ground plan of the letter ‘U’ – the buildings also include a tasteless extension of the cinema in the courtyard, which will be demolished. The park is located on the outskirts of Žatec in the urban conservation zone. The building is divided into two parts: 1) part A + C represents the Cultural and Creative Centre Žatec 2) part B represents the Residential House In terms of monument care, all three buildings preserve their historically valuable structures (trees, perimeter masonry, pavilion, load-bearing walls, some partitions) and historical details (especially window and door panels, the system of making residential units accessible through pavilions will be preserved, a forged pavilion railing will be restored or, for example, the entrance four-winged grille from Masarykova Street will be rehabilitated and preserved). Due to the development that the buildings underwent in the second half of the 20th century, it is necessary to carry out rehabilitation of their appearance, which is solved, among other things, by this public contract. The subject matter of the public contract is not divided into separate parts within the meaning of Section 35 of the Act.
