The subject of the public contract is the modernization of the Komín depot, including the demolition of existing buildings and the construction of new operational and technological units. The implementation of the public contract will take place during the partial operation of the depot. At the initial stage of filling, the selected contractor will prepare the documentation and other documents necessary for the removal of existing buildings, including the demolition area, and will ensure the appropriate engineering activities necessary for the start of demolition work. … perform related engineering activities. The start and implementation of demolition works will not be conditioned by the completion of the project documentation of the new building in its entirety. The subsequent part of the subject of the public contract includes the construction of new operational and technological units and the revitalization of the existing infrastructure of the complex. The modernization includes, in particular, the construction of a parking facility for trolleybuses, including related operational, technical and administrative facilities for employees, as well as apartments for employees, as well as parking lots for cars, as well as the construction of a maintenance and repair hall including, among others, a trolleybus dishwasher, daily treatment and cleaning workplaces, diagnostic workplaces and maintenance operations, central waste management, energy centers with a converter station, and other related construction and engineering facilities. The subject of the public contract also includes the construction of the new firehouse of the JSDH Brno-Komín, the modification of the area entrances and transport connections to Jundrovská and Podveská streets, and the construction of a backup exit. The aim of the modernization is mainly to increase the capacity of the depot, increase the operational efficiency of the complex and create a modern background for parking, maintenance, repairs and management of trolleybuses. The result of the tender procedure is the conclusion of a contract for work according to the Contractual Conditions for the Supply of Technological Equipment and Designing-Construction of Electrical and Machine-Technical Works and Building and Engineering Constructions Projected by the Contractor, the so-called FIDIC YELLOW BOOK, 1st edition, 1999, published in Czech translation by the Czech Association of Consulting Engineers (CACE) in 2015, and other documents forming a contract for work. The contracting authority envisages the implementation of the subject matter of the public contract within the framework of a project co-financed from the Operational Programme Transport 2021-2027. The selected supplier is obliged to proceed in such a way that the stated intention of the contracting authority can be fulfilled.
