Support includes updating, patching, technical assistance, and user training. *** The participant should be an official certified partner (distributor) duly authorized by the manufacturer or its official representative for the right of distribution/delivery and maintenance of the offered products on the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria. The Participant shall prove its compliance with the requirement by attaching an authorisation letter or other equivalent document issued by the manufacturer or its official representative in Bulgarian or accompanied by a Bulgarian translation to its Technical Proposal. In the case of submission by the Participant of an authorization letter from an official representative of the manufacturer (or equivalent document), the offer shall also include an authorization letter issued by the manufacturer (or equivalent documented Bulgarian language or accompanied by a translation into Bulgarian language) authorizing the official representative of the manufacturer to grant an authorization to third parties. *** The performance requirements are detailed in the Technical Specification of the Contracting Authority - Annex No 1.
