… for the ballast prism profiling of railway lines, ensuring the transport of broken stone from areas with ballast surplus to areas with deficit. By means of a brush, made of flexible rubber tubes, the surplus broken stone is driven to the conveyor belts of the car and is distributed on the sides of the prism or stored in the hopper and unloaded in areas with broken stone deficiency. At the same time, the brushing operation aims to eliminate the surplus of broken stone at the level of the sleepers, of the grips so that the condition of the sleepers and the gripping elements can be observed. The rubber tube brush is an assembly of rubber tubes, of different lengths, mounted on a tubular support that is driven in rotational motion by means of a hydraulic motor. With such a brush it is ensured to brush about 60 km rail prism. At present, CNCF’CFR’SA operates a number of 8 SSP 2005 SWR profile machines, which are in high demand during the repair and maintenance of railway lines. Any interested economic operator has the right to request clarifications/additional information in relation to the tender documentation by the 22nd day before the deadline for submission of tenders. The contracting entity will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarifications/additional information in relation to the tender documentation: the 12th day before the closing date for submission of tenders. Any request for clarifications must be submitted in SEAP, signed with the extended electronic signature. · The rubber tube brush is an assembly of rubber tubes, of different lengths, mounted on a tubular support that is driven in rotational motion by means of a hydraulic motor. With such a brush it is ensured to brush about 60 km rail prism. At present, CNCF’CFR’SA operates a number of 8 SSP 2005 SWR profile machines, which are in high demand during the repair and maintenance of railway lines.
