The provider can offer the device either to another destination or to both. One (1) contract supplier per area will be selected for the procurement. … purchase a certain amount of equipment, but the purchases will be carried out in accordance with the Customer's needs and available budget. The equipment service of Siilainen maintains the multifunctional equipment of the entire North Karelia region. Equipment maintenance works on weekdays from 6.30 to 22.00. The largest customer of Siilainen's equipment service is oral health care units, so most of the equipment serviced is used in oral health care. In addition, the serviceable equipment consists of equipment for primary health care, maternity and child health clinics and laboratories. In the Central Hospital's equipment maintenance, a total of about 151,000 instruments and sets of instruments are maintained annually. Equipment maintenance provides services for 14 operating theatres, all central hospital departments, outpatient clinics, intervention units and dental emergency services. Equipment maintenance is available on weekdays from 7 am to 9 pm and on weekends from 8 am to 4 pm. There is one (1) wagon washing machine in use for both equipment maintenance. In Siilainen's equipment service, washable products are mainly boxes used for the transport of instruments, and in the central hospital's equipment service, containers and transport boxes. Both units also have an instrument washing program. The use of Siilainen is approximately 1620 runs per year, 7 runs per day. The average number of transport boxes washed with Siilainen is 145 per day. The volume of use of the Central Hospital's wagon washing machine is approximately 2,200 drives per year, 9 drives per day. OBJECTIVE In the future, at least the same number/increasing number of products will be serviced with the new equipment. The aim of the procurement is to increase capacity, but at least the same capacity as existing equipment.
