… services to support that assessment work for the years 2027 to 2029 and as an option for the years 2030 and 2031. The thesis includes work related to general and project-specific technical suitability assessments according to the guideline "Use of secondary materials in fairway construction", such as: - support for general and project-specific evaluations and related cooperation - negotiations with material suppliers - reviews of the materials of the evaluation requests, preparation of the evaluation letter and finalisation and archiving of the evaluations - preparation of the meetings of the group of secondary materials and acting as secretary Possible conflicts of interest in the tendering procedure will be assessed in accordance with the Act on Public Procurement and Concessions (1379/2016, in particular sections 3, 66 and 81 of the Act), also taking into account the tenderer's subcontractor and group relations. One supplier is chosen as the service provider. The procurement is described in this call for tenders and its annexes.
