… projects in the field of waste water and drinking water. The advice must support the provision of the environmental and technical basis for the projects' environmental impact assessment and the associated regulatory processes. For ARWOS SPILDEVAND A/S, the expected advisory need is linked in particular to the project on cen-tralization of the wastewater treatment plant structure. The project includes the expansion of the Stegholt Wastewater Treatment Plant, the decommissioning of the wastewater treatment plants in Bov, Kollund and Brøde as well as the establishment of approx. 36 km of cutting-off pipes with associated pumping stations and basins. The centralization will contribute to improving the aquatic environment in Flens-borg Fjord and Aabenraa Fjord as well as ensuring a more efficient operation. For ARWOS VAND A/S, the expected advisory need is linked in particular to a new source field and water plant. The advice is expected to include technical project maturation and clarification of solutions as a basis for the environmental impact assessment as well as environmental studies, assessments and assistance to the associated regulatory processes. The framework agreement covers the following two areas of services: • Service area 1 includes advice and assistance in the field of environmental impact assessment, including the provision and assessment of environmental data, studies, specialist assessments, subject notes, environmental impact reports and assistance to the associated authority processes.• Service area 2 includes the technical advice related to the environmental impact assessment, including review and processing of existing project bases, technical analyses, clarification of solution options and project maturation, as well as the provision of technical basis for the environmental impact assessment and authority processes. The consultancy also includes the project and process management as well as interdisciplinary coordination described under the individual service areas. The framework agreement does not cover the subsequent design of waste water treatment plants, waterworks or associated conduits. For the framework agreement and the specific advisory tasks assigned under the framework agreement, the General Terms and Conditions for Advice and Assistance in Construction (ABR Simplified) apply, with the additions and derogations set out in the framework agreement and its annexes. The service areas are offered together, and both advisors on the framework agreement must be able to carry out tasks in both areas. The individual task may include services within one service area or a coherent counselling process across both service areas. The specific tasks are ordered on an ongoing basis by ARWOS SPILDEVAND A/S or ARWOS VAND A/S according to the individual company's needs. The content, scope, deliverables and timing of each task are defined
