The contracting authority does not provide for an electronic auction as referred to in Article 227 of the Public Procurement Act. 5. The contracting authority may cancel the procurement procedure before the deadline for the submission of tenders if there are circumstances that make the continuation of the procedure unreasonable. 6. The contracting authority shall provide for the possibility of cancelling the procurement procedure if the funds which the contracting authority intended to use to finance all or part of the contract are not granted to it. · The subject of the order is the purchase and delivery of bulletproof vests plate carrier in the amount of 8000 pcs. under the framework contract. 1. The subject-matter of the contract is described in detail in Annex 2 to the ToR - description of the subject-matter of the contract. 2. The subject of the contract is specified in the Common Procurement Vocabulary - CPV code: 35815100-1 3. The purpose of this procedure is to select a maximum of three Contractors with whom a framework contract will be concluded. The conditions for performance of the contract are set out in the tender specifications and the annexes thereto. 4. The Contracting Authority accepts that the Contract may be subcontracted to the Contractor.
