The Contractor shall provide the Ordering Party with a record of the working time of all convicted persons on the last day of the month. 3) The Contractor is obliged to provide the necessary equipment to perform social works. 4) Persons who will be supervised by the Contractor, sent by the court to perform community service, may perform work covered only by this proceeding. 5) The issue of training OHS of persons referred by the court to perform social work lies with the Ordering Party. 2.1.5 Supervision of persons serving custodial sentences who will perform work for the Municipality of Głogów : 1) The Contractor's duties will include transport to the place of work and back to the Penal Institution in Głogów of persons serving a prison sentence and who will perform work for the Municipality of Głogów 2) The Contractor is obliged to keep records of the working time of each convicted person. The Contractor shall provide the Ordering Party with a record of the working time of all persons performing work on the last day of the month. 3) The Contractor is obliged to provide the necessary equipment to perform the work.
