All necessary services and components are included in the scope of services. The contractor must comply with all legal and official requirements applicable at the relevant time as well as the relevant medical device legal, safety and technical requirements, standards and guidelines. This applies in particular to the requirements for medical devices and their safe operation in the clinical environment. The framework contract will be concluded for a period of four years. The specific quantities will be contracted during the duration of the contract by means of individual calls under the framework contract in accordance with actual needs.
