The dimensions of the individual areas are available to construction supervision. Area sizes may vary by up to 10%. For new/modified areas, a corresponding measurement must be made immediately after the first cut with the construction supervision. For the measurements, the contact person must be picked up at the designated depot and released there again. The costs shall be included in the unit prices. Due to the wide variety of locations and area cuts, these can be visited if necessary with the construction supervision, by appointment. For the maintenance courses on the banquet strips and trenches, a maximum of three execution intervals are specified from mid-April to November. The specified execution periods must be observed. Deviations for compelling reasons, such as unfavourable weather conditions, require the approval of construction supervision in the maintenance companies. The areas to be mown in the roadside green are mainly to be machined with large appliances with a spreading mower with a range of up to 6.50 m). There are no storage areas for materials and machines. The mowing material may remain on the processed area, but must not remain in heaps, but must be sufficiently distributed so that the area can grow unimpeded / undamaged.
