Le Concédant dispose sur le Site d’un centre équestre d’une superficie d’environ 18 hectares, comprenant deux pistes couvertes (une grande et une petite), une piste extérieure, un espace cafétéria dont les finitions intérieures doivent être achevées, un espace sanitaires et vestiaires dont les finitions doivent être achevées, un fenil, un hangar ouvert et des prairies non clôturées, ainsi qu’un espace comprenant un bâtiment [destiné à être démoli]. Ces infrastructures, inexploitées depuis 2016, nécessitent des travaux de finalisation, de remise en état et de mise en conformité. À l’issue de la procédure d’attribution, le Concédant désignera le Concessionnaire qui sera chargé, à ses propres risques et frais, à titre principal, d’exploiter, de gérer et de valoriser le Centre équestre, pour la durée fixée conformément à l’article III.2 (et sous réserve de l’application éventuelle de clauses de réexamen), and réalisant le Programme d’investissements qu’il propose dans son Offre.
