The Contracting Government, Zorggroep Orion, wishes to proceed with the appointment of a Design Team which is commissioned with a multidisciplinary Study assignment to design an innovative care residential complex for people with dementia, to be realized in the vicinity of the realized Pioneer building located at the station of Turnhout (Vliegenier). It concerns a multidisciplinary total study assignment with regard to architecture, stability, techniques, acoustics, safety coordination, (care) gardening and other studies with a view to the design of an innovative new residential care concept for people with dementia, provisionally called the "Vliegenier", and any associated functions such as kitchen, cafeteria and reception as well as new functions and / or housing forms to support the intended care continuum and optimization of the financial profitability of the site.
