The subject of the public contract is the design, supply, installation, testing and commissioning of the Zagorje ob Savi solar power plant with an installed capacity of 1.38 MWp and the associated battery storage unit (BHEE) with a capacity of 1.25 MW and a capacity of 5 MWh, with all the necessary equipment for operation and management and connection to the HSE control centre. The contract will be carried out in the area of the closed municipal waste repository Zagorje quarry in the municipality of Zagorje ob Savi. … measures of the repository, arrangement of maintenance routes and fences, connection to the medium-voltage (MV) distribution network, implementation of telecommunications connections in accordance with the connection consent and the like. The successful tenderer must draw up all the necessary documentation, including the project for implementation (PZI), the project for works carried out (PID), proof of the reliability of the facility (DZO) and instructions for operation and maintenance (NOV). It must carry out the necessary tests, measurements, start-up and training of personnel and all other activities within its contractual scope necessary for the successful execution of the technical inspection and obtaining the operating permit. The order is carried out on the basis of the "turnkey" principle, according to the contractual terms of the FIDIC Yellow Book, Edition 1999 (hereinafter referred to as the contract or contractual documentation). The contracting authority strives to ensure that the public contract in question is co-financed by the European Union from the Just Transition Fund (JTF) within the framework of the European Cohesion Policy Programme 2021-2027 in Slovenia. A more detailed contract specification can be found in the technical specifications - the technical part of the documentation, which, in addition to the contractual documentation and the tender specification, is part of the closed part of the procurement documents (hereinafter: closed part) obtained by interested tenderers in accordance with the rules of this documentation. Raising the closed part of the documentation and viewing the location by the bidders are prerequisites for submitting a tender.
