… Communications and Information Technology Council and on the centralised public procurement system of the Digital Government Agency Private Limited Company and government IT procurement 301/2018 (XII. 27) of the Government Decree (hereinafter: Organisations subject to centralised public procurement pursuant to DKÜ Decree) or voluntarily joining the framework agreement (together: affected entities) [Android; Android with advanced hardware and software security; push-button; the supply of water, dust and shock resistant mobile phones and the provision of related services in accordance with the call for tenders (hereinafter: call for tenders) additional procurement documents (hereinafter: other procurement documents) and the technical specifications that form part of it, according to the following main categories: basic/reference products: carrier-independent - push-button mobile phones as defined in the technical specifications (2 different types); - basic category mobile phones (devices of at least 3 different manufacturers / brands, a total of 8 pieces); - mid-range mobile phones (devices of at least 3 different manufacturers / brands, a total of 7 pieces); - mobile phones of the upper category (devices of at least 3 different manufacturers / brands, a total of 7 pieces); - ultra-category mobile phones (devices of at least 2 different manufacturers / brands, a total of 6 pieces); - mobile phones that can be folded out along a vertical axis (device of at least 1 manufacturer / brand, a total of 3 pieces); - mobile phones that can be folded out along a horizontal axis (device of at least 1 manufacturer / brand, a total of 3 pieces); - water-, dust- and shock-resistant mobile phones (1 push-button and 3 touchscreen devices, 4 in total), a total of 40 types of mobile phone products. b) related services (warranty extension): - home delivery, parcel delivery, - operation of a public procurement project office. Following the conclusion of the KM, the specific volume of specific procurements under the framework agreement and the specific subject-matter of procurements under the framework agreement (direct ordering or reopening of competition) meet NP’s expectations [Kbt. 105(2)(b)]. The NP shall not specify technical content or contractual terms that unduly restrict competition. The Supplier may only make an offer with the product listed in its product list. Bids are mandatory for all lines in the detailed price table. The total net bid price offered must be expressed in Hungarian forints with a positive integer (i.e. without decimals) excluding VAT. If not all the lines are offered in connection with the detailed price table, or if the offers include 0 (zero) or a negative number or decimal number, the contracting authority shall submit a tender to the contracting authority in accordance with the provisions of the Public Procurement Act. declares invalid on the basis of Section 73(1)(n) (with the exception of the guarantee for 36 months
