The contracting authority draws the attention of the tenderers to Government Decree No 12/2025 on the construction of public roads. Section 82(1) of the CCM Decree, according to which, in the case of construction products with a short delivery and incorporation time, the maximum transport distance between the production site and the incorporation site shall be: up to 80 kilometres in the case of rolled asphalt. In view of the character limit, the nature and total quantity of the works and the detailed definition of the needs and requirements are set out in the technical specifications issued and the budget to be priced. In public procurement procedures, the contracting authority has adopted Decree 321/2015 on the method of certifying suitability and the grounds for exclusion, as well as on the definition of the technical specifications for public procurement. Government Decree (X. 30.) (hereinafter: On the basis of Section 46(3) of Government Decree 45/2014 (II.26.), it draws the attention of tenderers to the fact that in case of reference to a specific make or type, the term ‘or equivalent’ must always be understood. Contracting authority is the Public Procurement Act. draw up other public procurement documents supplementing the call for tenders complying with Section 57(1). For the sake of clarity, the contracting authority states that the term ‘public procurement documents’ means the call for tenders and other public procurement documents taken together. The contracting authority shall provide the public procurement documents without restriction, in full, directly and free of charge, electronically through the Electronic Public Procurement System (hereinafter: EQF).
