… necessary for the management of healthcare information systems and services and for ensuring the continuity and reversibility of services (GDPR 9(2)(h)). The processing is carried out in accordance with the instructions of owner-customers (controllers); The Subscriber acts as a processor of personal data and is responsible for the management of subprocessors (the Supplier and any subcontractors). In order to ensure the accountability, controllability and high level of protection of the data processed by the data controllers, the Subscriber requires that: 1) the backup data is stored and processed exclusively in data centres located in the territory of Finland, and 2) the service management connections (maintenance and management traffic and possible remote management solutions) are also allowed only in the territory of Finland, and 3) the backup data is encrypted (transmission and rest) and the service is provided only in an environment dedicated to the Customer. The requirement is limited to the assurance service that is the subject of the procurement and is proportionate to the purpose of the procurement and the nature of the data being processed. OPTION Optiona is asked for pricing for an analytics service (an isolated analytics environment with ransomware and virus scans) that operates in a completely separate network zone without access to the production network. This service can be purchased during the contract period as needed and is therefore included in the benchmark price only for one year.
