… basic interest of state security; an ICT product, the type of which is specified in the decision on the recognition of the provider as a high-risk provider referred to in Article 67b(b). 15 of the Act of 5 July 2018 on the national cybersecurity system, as well as ICT services or ICT processes specified in this decision. 2, relates to the ICT products, ICT services and ICT processes covered by the tender or used for the execution of the subject-matter of the contract, in so far as they are known to the Contractor on the date of submission of tenders. 3) In particular, the Ordering Party considers as ICT elements related to the implementation of the subject of the contract: systems and software used to provide mobile telephony services and the Short Message Centre (CKWT) service – SMS gateways; b) systems and software used to manage services, SIM/eSIM cards, numbering, telecommunication traffic or CKWT support; equipment and components of telecommunications infrastructure used directly for the provision of the services covered by the contract, if they form part of the solution offered; d) SIM and eSIM cards; other ICT products, ICT services or ICT processes used by the Contractor to perform the subject matter of the contract, the use of which is essential for the provision of the services covered by the contract. 4) The contracting authority does not require that individual elements of the operator's infrastructure which are not clearly attributable to the performance of the subject-matter of the contract or the identification of which is not necessary to verify compliance with the above requirements be indicated in the list referred to in point V of the ToR concerning the means of proof in question.
