… Contamination with foreign bodies harmful to animals: unacceptable. The VAT rate according to the category of animal nutrition, which is classified under the chapters (codes) of the Combined Nomenclature (CN), listed in Annex 10 to the VAT Act. In order to confirm the above-mentioned quality parameters of the product, the Contracting Authority requires that a product quality certificate or other document confirming the equivalence of the product offered be attached to the tender. Each supply must be accompanied by a product quality certificate. The VAT rate according to the category of animal nutrition, which is classified under the chapters (codes) of the Combined Nomenclature (CN), listed in Annex 10 to the VAT Act. The contracting authority is a taxable person for agricultural tax and will use the ordered product for its own needs.
