1. The subject of the order is a brand new, complete digital telephone exchange with the necessary modules, communication servers, backup power supply, software, licenses (perpetual licenses required), terminal equipment and the implementation of standard installation, implementation and training works. The PBX system must have an architecture that ensures the highest reliability (High Availability) due to the continuity of medical services. Packages, modules, cards must function in HOT SWAP mode. … DECT system: telephones, base stations and Gateway were devices of one manufacturer from the current production line and brand new. The Ordering Party allows a situation in which the manufacturer of the PBX system is a different entity than the manufacturer of analogue telephone sets and VoIP telephone sets. In this case, the Contractor is obliged to ensure full, native compatibility and cooperation of the cameras with the offered control panel. 2. The contract shall include in particular: a) delivery and installation of control panel elements in dedicated RACK cabinets. b) delivery, installation and configuration of terminal equipment (telephone sets, DECT IP base stations along with adaptation of the network infrastructure). c) configuration and commissioning of system services (VoIP, IVR, Call Center, DECT IP, call recording, FAX to mail, arrangement of services and functionality of the control panel). d) installation and modernization works within the existing telecommunications, fiber optic, stationary and rope infrastructure of the hospital, without interfering with the structural elements of the building. e) delivery of management equipment (desktop computers and laptop) and dedicated software. f) delivery and installation of a test cabinet together with software for passporting patch connections. g) disassembly of the existing control panel together with the stationary patch, disassembly of system telephone apparatus - disposal in a manner consistent with the regulations on the above-mentioned devices. h) conducting training for administrators and system users (4 persons). i) provision of warranty and technical support services. j) provision of as-built documentation with a list of internal numbering, service codes, DTR documentation of the telephone exchange and the lifted module and all instructions for operating the supplied apparatus and devices in Polish. Full guarantee for a period of 60 months from the date of signing the acceptance protocol of the subject of the contract. The object of the contract offered must be released for free circulation and use in accordance with the provisions in force, in particular holding the manufacturer's CE declaration of conformity.
