… the contract, which does not reflect the actual or declared consumption of natural gas during the term of the contract and in no case may be the basis for any claims on the part of the Contractor. The Ordering Party reserves the right to reduce or increase the amount of gas. The current operator of the Distribution System is Polska Spółka Gazownictwa Sp. z o.o. 4. The costs of using the subject of the Order will consist of: gas sales fee, subscription fee, fixed distribution fee and variable distribution fee. The customer is classified by the relevant distribution system (DS) into tariff groups with the indications W-1.1, W-2.1., W-3.12, W-3.6., W-4., W-5. 5. A detailed description of the subject-matter of the contract, together with a list of natural gas extraction points, is set out in Annex 9 and Annex 9.1 to the description of the subject-matter of the contract. The gas consumption declared in the above-mentioned annexes is an estimate and is used only to calculate the price of the Offer.
