As a public facility, it does not have restrictions on accessibility by all road users, which is required by the provisions in force at the time of drafting the project documentation regarding the requirements, among others, for the technical conditions that roads should meet: Regulation of the Minister of Transport and Maritime Economy on technical conditions to be met by public roads and their location (i.e. OJ 2016. Poz. 124 as amended). In order to provide facilities for the disabled and the elderly, the documentation provided for: at pedestrian crossings, underestimation of curbs separating the roadway from the sidewalk, on sidewalks in front of pedestrian crossings and on platforms of bus bays, the use of warning pavement plates and the implementation of road lighting. 4.In the case of indicating in the description of the subject of the contract trademarks, patents or origin, source or specific process that characterizes the product or services provided by a specific contractor, the Ordering Party accepts equivalent solutions. 5.When reference is made in the description of the subject of the contract to standards, European technical assessments, approvals, technical specifications and technical reference systems, the Ordering Party shall accept solutions equivalent to those described. 6. The contracting authority shall provide for the award of the contracts referred to in Article 214(1)(b) CTMR. 1 point 7 of the Public Procurement Act up to the total value of: PLN 164 903 414.96 net. A similar contract shall provide for the execution of: - preparatory works, - measuring works - demolition works, - earthworks, - foundations, - surfaces, - works in the bridge industry, - works in the installation industry, - works in the drainage industry - works in the electricity industry - works in the telecommunications industry - works in the construction industry - construction works - road body drainage works, - street elements, - traffic organization works and BRD, - finishing works, - greenery works The works concern a section on which construction works and/or adjacent sections will be carried out. 7. The Contractor is obliged to have a third party liability insurance policy for damage caused during the performance of the contract and to third parties for the entire duration of the contract and for a guarantee amount not less than PLN 75,000,000.00. 8. Deadline for performance of the contract: 27 months from the date of signing the contract, including: - 24 months from the date of signing the contract – the date of completion of the works; - up to 27 months from the date of signing the contract - the date of completion of the subject of the contract. The Contractor shall comply with the following fixed milestones for the execution of the works and the order in which they are to be carried out: Milestone I – execution of works (confirmed by a partial acceptance protocol of works) with a value of not less than 25% of the gross remuneration for the performance of the entire subject of the contract (excluding remuneration for the disposal together with the transport of asphalt destruction containing exceeded permissible standards for the content of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons) no later than 8 months from the date of signing the contract. II Milestone - w
