Part 5 of the procedure: Service of technical inspection and repair of devices for measuring alcohol content in the exhaled air of the Alcoblow type, in accordance with the price form No. 5 included in the offer form (Annex No. 1 to the SWZ), for the Provincial Police Headquarters in Wrocław and its subordinate organizational units. 3.6. Part 6 of the procedure: Service of technical inspection and repair of devices for measuring alcohol content in exhaled air of the Alkohit x 100 type, in accordance with the price form No. 6 included in the offer form (Annex No. 1 to the SWZ), for the Provincial Police Headquarters in Wrocław and its subordinate organizational units. 3.7. Part 7 of the procedure: Service of technical inspection and repair of devices for measuring alcohol content in the exhaled air of the Alcolife type, in accordance with the price form No. 7 included in the offer form (Annex No. 1 to the SWZ), for the Provincial Police Headquarters in Wrocław and its subordinate organizational units. 4. The contracting authority requires that basic maintenance services in the field of maintenance, i.e. cleaning, maintenance, calibration (applies only to parts 1 and 2 of the procedure), repair are guaranteed for each device for measuring the alcohol content in the exhaled air. 5. Calibration of devices (applies only to parts 1 and 2 of the procedure) for measuring alcohol concentration in the exhaled air will be carried out in accordance with the Act of 11 May 2001 on Measures (consolidated text: OJ Journal of Laws 2022, item 2063, as amended) and the implementing rules issued on the basis thereof. 5.1.
