… type of which has been specified in the decision recognising the supplier as a high-risk supplier referred to in Article 67b(b). 15 of the Act of 5 July 2018 on the national cybersecurity system, ICT services or ICT processes specified in this decision. Failure to comply with the above requirement shall result in the rejection of the tender pursuant to Art. 1 point 17 or point 19 of the Public Procurement Act 3.Country of origin requirements for offered vehicles (deliveries): 1) The contracting authority requires that the motor vehicles offered under the contract, including their key components (powertrains, traction batteries, telematics systems) and the ICT software and services implemented, originate from Member States of the European Union, the European Economic Area (EEA) or third countries with which the European Union has concluded international agreements on mutual access to the public procurement market (including the WTO GPA). 2) For the purpose of assessing the country of origin referred to in point. 1. goods the origin of which is determined in accordance with Regulation (EU) No 952/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 9 October 2013 laying down the Union Customs Code shall be considered as products originating in third countries. 3) The Ordering Party, pursuant to Art. Section 1(5a) of the Public Procurement Act will reject a tender submitted by economic operators from third countries not party to international agreements or in which the item offered originates in a third country that has not concluded a Government Procurement Agreement (GPA) or a bilateral free trade agreement between the EU and that country. 4) The customer requires that the offered vehicle has a full pan-European vehicle type approval (WVTA) in accordance with EU Regulation 2018/858, and is provided with a certificate of conformity (CoC). It is unacceptable to offer a vehicle with only a single (national) approval or simplified approval · Purchase of an SUV type with 4×4 drive · Purchase of a passenger vehicle type KOMBIVAN with 4×4 drive · Purchase of an electric passenger vehicle type KOMBIVAN.
