Deadline for performance of the contract: 3.1. from 1 January 2027 until 30 June 2027, in the event that the implementation of the contract starts after 1 January 2027, the contract will remain in force until 30 June 2027. 3.2. The contracting authority reserves the right to exercise option 2 (timely – quantitative) and in the event of its activation, the duration of the contract will be extended for the period from 1 July 2027 to 31 December 2027 at the latest. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is set out in Chapters 2 (OPZ) and 19 (draft contract) of the ToR · 1. It should be noted that: 2.1. the basic contract + option 1 for the basic contract is the total estimated number of vehicle-kilometres: 435 000 planned to be implemented from 1 January 2027 to 30 June 2027, including: the basic contract: 336 000 wozokm, b) Optional order: 99,000 wagons. 2.2. the right of option 2 (timely – quantitative), i.e. the provision of transport services planned to be provided from 01.07.2027 up to 31.12.2027, is the total estimated number of vehicle-kilometres: 435 000 of which: the basic contract: 336 000 wozokm, b) optional order 3 (quantitative): 99,000 wagons. 2.3. The number of vehicles in circulation during the entire duration of the contract, i.e. the basic contract, option rights, option 2 rights (timely – quantitative) and option 3 rights (quantitative) will be implemented:10 MEGA large-capacity articulated city buses. If the Contractor agrees, the number of buses may be increased without additional remuneration for the Contractor. 3. The list of bus lines with routes as at 1 January 2027 is attached as Annex 1 to the contract. 4. Technical and utility parameters of the ordered vehicles - is attached as Annex 3 to the contract.
