The Contracting Authority shall require the Contractor to: • had an entry in the Database of Products and Packaging and Waste Management (BDO) on the day of submitting offers. The registration number of the BDO entry must be entered in the tender forms (Annex 1 to the ToR, point 2). • had a civil liability policy for the conducted activity, for the sum of insurance not less than PLN 50,000.00 for the entire duration of the contract. Planned distribution of funds in the agreement: − 33% of total gross salary in 2027 − 33% of total gross salary in 2028 − 34% of total gross salary in 2029
