The order specified in the optional order will be executed by the Contractor with whom the contract for the basic order was concluded on the terms and at the unit prices specified in the basic order. 3. The implementation of the optional part will be carried out on the basis of the Customer's declaration of intent expressed in the form of a written order. 4. The exercise of the option to increase the assortment will apply within the framework of the concluded Agreement. The Contractor will be informed of this at least three days in advance. 5. The use of the option right by the Ordering Party is the right of the Ordering Party. 6. The use of the option right by the Ordering Party gives rise to an obligation on the part of the Contractor to perform an optional order. 7. If the Ordering Party does not exercise the right of option, the Contractor shall not be entitled to any claims in this respect. 8. Biała Podlaska. in the quantities specified in the Offer Form – Annex 3 to the tender specifications and the Description of the subject-matter of the contract – Annex 1 to the tender specifications, which will be published on the website of the ongoing procedure https://platformazakupowa.pl/pn/28wog. The contracting authority provides for a right of option in the procedure in question. The place of delivery are complexes administered by the 28th Military Economic Branch in Siedlce, i.e.: Task 1 : complex K-8737 Biała Podlaska. · The subject of the contract is the supply of L-1 light fuel oil to secure military complexes administered by the 28th Military Economic Branch in 2027, divided into two parts (tasks):  Task 2 : Delivery of L-1 light fuel oil to military complexes K-0315 and K-0507 m. Życzyn in the quantities specified in the Offer Form – Annex 3 to the tender specifications and the Description of the subject-matter of the contract – Annex 1 to the tender specifications, which will be published on the website of the ongoing procedure https://platformazakupowa.pl/pn/28wog. The contracting authority provides for a right of option in the procedure in question. The place of delivery are complexes administered by the 28th Military Economic Branch in Siedlce, i.e.: Activity 2: complex K-0315 Życzyn and complex K-0507 Życzyn.
