The framework agreement is concluded for an initial period of twelve (12) months. This Framework Agreement shall be concluded as from 5 February 2027 or its date of notification to the holder, whichever is the later. This Framework Agreement comprises three tacit renewals of twelve (12) months each. The framework agreement shall be concluded without a minimum, with a maximum of EUR 1 500 000 net of tax for the initial 12-month period and for each of the three renewals of the same duration, i.e. a cumulative maximum of EUR 6 000 000 net of tax, all renewals included.
