… issued is a service contract. The exact scope of work and process requirements are specified in these terms of reference. For detailed descriptions of the services, please refer to the general terms of reference and the annexes. The performance period is expected to start on 01.05.2027 and end after 24 months, probably on 30.04.2029. If it is not terminated in writing 3 months before the expiry of the term, it shall be extended by 2 years, in accordance with the provisions in force at the time of the respective expiry of the contract. (total maximum 4 years). The Contractor shall not be entitled to the renewal of the contract. The services are mainly to be provided in: • RheinMain CongressCenter (RMCC), Friedrich-Ebert-Allee 1, 65185 Wiesbaden. Optional services are also to be provided in the following venues: • Kurhaus Wiesbaden, Kurhausplatz 1, 65189 Wiesbaden • Jagdschloss Platte, Auf der Platte / An der B417, 65195 Wiesbaden • Advertising space in the city of Wiesbaden For more information, see invitation to tender and specifications. Visits to objects - mandatory: Participation in an on-site visit is mandatory for the submission of tenders. All bidders will be given the opportunity to visit the RMCC within the framework of a coordinated individual appointment. Participation is a prerequisite for the tender evaluation. Please contact us by eHAD message or by e-mail to [email protected] to coordinate a viewing appointment by the corresponding registration deadline. Additional dates for the site visit and their registration deadlines: • 23.10.2026 between 13.30 and 16.00 (registration deadline: 22.10.2026) • 26.10.2026 at 09.30 (registration deadline: 23.10.2026 to 13.00) The appointments will be assigned individually and limited to the required time frame. No questions will be answered during the on-site visit. Any queries must be submitted exclusively in writing via the procurement portal. These will subsequently be forwarded anonymously to all bidders in text form. Upon receipt of your feedback, we will contact you to make an exact appointment. After the visit, the participants will receive a confirmation of participation, which must be signed by both the contracting authority and the respective tenderer. This confirmation must be attached to the tender as proof. Visits to the Kurhaus are not planned as part of this procedure. If the property is freely accessible to the public, you are welcome to get an impression of the suburb.
