What the buyer is looking for
Flughafen Hamburg GmbH intends to gradually expand, reconstruct, modernise or repurpose the existing sanitary facilities for passengers in the pier and terminals as part of a multi-year refurbishment programme. The facilities are located in public areas as well as in operational and security areas of the airport. The subject of the commissioning is the technical planning services of the technical equipment required for this purpose in accordance with §§ 55 HOAI in conjunction with Annex 15.1 HOAI. The commissioning includes LPH 1 to 8 and is carried out in stages. The contract includes the planning of all technical installations affected by the respective remediation measure. … and building automation. The specific plant groups and sanitary facilities to be processed are determined with the respective service call. The planning also includes the necessary adaptations to existing technical systems up to the coordinated transfer and connection points. All interfaces to the object planning, structural design, fire protection planning, further specialist planners as well as to the existing technical and operational systems of the airport must be determined, coordinated and taken into account in the planning. The aim of the planning is technically complete, approved, ready for execution, ready for tender and permanently usable plants. In particular, the requirements for capacity, hygiene, cleanability, contactlessness, accessibility, operational reliability, ease of maintenance and economical water and energy consumption must be taken into account.
