Acting pursuant to Art. 1 The Contracting Authority informs that it will use the so-called PPL. the ‘reverse procedure’, i.e. it will first examine and evaluate the tenders and then make a qualitative selection of the Contractor whose tender has been awarded the highest score as regards the absence of grounds for exclusion and the fulfilment of the conditions for participation in the procedure. 4.
