A detailed description of the subject of the contract and the requirements and rules for the performance of the contract are set out in the draft provisions of the contract constituting Annex 3 to the ToR together with a list of electricity consumption points constituting Annex 2 to the ToR. 3. In the event that the Ordering Party installs renewable energy sources (RES) installations during the term of the Agreement, the Contractor will be additionally obliged to repurchase/settlement of surplus electricity generated in RES installations that has been introduced into the power grid of the locally competent DSO.
