… WDTT and the model for serial production issued by the Commander of the WOBWSM in Łódź for: shafts, model 939/MON, with a date of issue after 27.03.2018; - a product conformity certificate issued by a certification body (WOBWSM) for: design 939/MON visors (viscera are subject to the third mode of conformity assessment of products intended for national defence purposes); - a product conformity certificate issued by a certification body (WOBWSM) for: leather applied to the top of the viscera (leather applied to the top of the viscera is subject to the third mode of conformity assessment of products intended for the needs of national defence). The abovementioned means of proof will not be supplemented. In the case of contractors jointly applying for a contract, at least one of them will be required to submit such means of proof together with the tender. If the Contractor instructs the Subcontractor to perform a complete object (PUiW), the requirement to provide the Contracting Authority with the evidence referred to above also applies to that Subcontractor.
