… transport and unloading at his own expense. · Successive delivery of the expected amount of diesel: - up to 200 m3 of diesel fuel, meeting the quality requirements for diesel fuel used in vehicles, agricultural tractors and non-road machinery, equipped with compression ignition engines, specified in the Regulation of the Minister for Climate and the Environment of 26 June 2024 on quality requirements for liquid fuels (Journal of Laws 2024, item 1018, as amended), Regulation of the Minister for Climate and the Environment of 26 June 2024 on methods for testing the quality of liquid fuels (Journal of Laws 2024, item 1058 as amended) and the requirements of the Polish Standard PN-EN 590 - Fuels for motor vehicles - Diesel fuels - Requirements and test methods or documents replacing them. Due to the new fleet of equipment and vehicles owned by the Ordering Party, it is required to supply diesel fuel without the admixture of bioesters, marked as ‘B0’. Characteristics of diesel fuel according to CN 2710 19 44 (FAME content [%OBJ] - 0) · Successive supply of the expected amount of light fuel oil - up to 20 m3 of oil meeting the requirements of the Polish Standard PN-C-96024 (or a standard replacing it) and having the following parameters: - density at temp. 15°C not higher than 860 kg/m3 - calorific value not lower than 42,6 MJ/kg - flash point not lower than 56°C - kinematic viscosity not greater than 6,00 mm2/s - flowing temperature not greater than -20°C - sulphur content not greater than 0,10% (mass/mass) - red color - water content not greater than 200 mg/kg - solid impurities content not greater than 24 mg/kg Fuel oil should contain a marker in accordance with current formal and legal requirements. Average volume of one-off delivery: 1,00 [m3] - depending on the current demand of the Ordering Party.
