… particular for homeless dogs and cats, adoption and delivery of animals to their owners, c) mandatory castration or sterilization, in particular for homeless dogs and cats, d) carrying out marking, in particular for homeless dogs and cats; I.3 Providing services in an animal shelter in the form of comprehensive care for pets (in particular for a dog and a cat) that have been temporarily taken away from their owners on the basis of an administrative decision issued in accordance with Article 7 of the Act of 21 August 1997 on the protection of animals and issuing animals after receiving from the Ordering Party a written consent to give the animal to its owner/guardian or other entities indicated by the Ordering Party in writing; I.4 Provision by the contractor of services in the form of the collection and transport of animals to the shelter from a temporary place where animals are kept in the city of Zgierz. Part II: I.1 The supply in an animal health establishment of a veterinary service consisting of: sterilisation/castration, treatment, microchip marking of wild cats, sedation of blind litters with disposal of carcasses; I.2 The supply in an animal health establishment of a veterinary service consisting of: sterilization/castration of the so-called Owned animals, i.e. female dogs and female cats, belonging to the inhabitants of the city of Zgierz; I.3 Provision of veterinary services at the animal health centre, including the microchip marking of dogs/cats owned by residents of the city of Zgierz, together with the entry of data into the database of marked animals used by the Contractor. The subject of the contract is the provision of care to homeless animals and the prevention of homelessness of animals from the territory of the Municipality of the City of Zgierz for a period of 13 months from 1 January 2027. 2. The subject matter of the contract consists of two lots: Part I: I.1 Ensuring the availability and provision of 24-hour veterinary services for animals injured, sick and in need of assistance, in particular in cases of road accidents in the city of Zgierz; I.2 The provision in an animal shelter of a service consisting of: a) comprehensive care for group I animals (i.e. transported and admitted to the shelter by the Contractor, under the care of the current shelter in 2026), in particular for homeless dogs and cats, adoption and delivery of animals to their owners, b) comprehensive care for group II animals (i.e. admitted to the shelter from 01.01.2027, in particular for homeless dogs and cats, adoption and delivery of animals to their owners, c) mandatory castration or sterilization, in particular for homeless dogs and cats, d) carrying out marking, in particular for homeless dogs and cats; I.3 Provision of comprehensive services in animal shelters
