… Technical - Usable Requirements (belt for field uniform - WTU No. 3/WOBWSM), model for serial production issued by the Commander of the Military Research and Implementation Center of the Uniform Service in Łódź (WOBWSM) with the date of issue later than the date of WTU approval or the date of the last change card affecting the model of the object. In the case of contractors jointly applying for a contract (including a consortium), each of the contractors manufacturing a complete product that is the subject of this procedure must submit a document together with the tender. 5. The basic order in 2027 should be completed within 120 days from the date of conclusion of the contract and up to 180 days from the date of conclusion of the contract (according to the quantities set out in Annex 3 to the Agreement), but not later than by 30 November 2027, depending on which of the above-mentioned dates expires earlier.
