… przewiduje udzielić zamówienia pojazdów o nadwoziu zamkniętym typu: sedan, liftback, kombi, hatchback, c) Zamawiający szacuje całkowitą ilość zamawianych pojazdów na około 50 sztuk. 4. Dostawa samochodów osobowo-terenowych a) Przedmiotem zamówień sukcesywnie udzielanych w ramach DSZ będą dostawy pojazdów kat. M1G, N1G spełniający co najmniej normę emisji spalania Euro 6, . b) Zamawiający przewiduje udzielić zamówienia pojazdów o nadwoziu typu: pick-up, kombi, c) Zamawiający szacuje całkowitą ilość zamawianych pojazdów na około 30 sztuk. 5. Na potwierdzenie, że oferowane samochody spełniają wymagania Zamawiającego, Zamawiający będzie żądał do złożenia wraz z ofertą przedmiotowych środków dowodowych, w postaci: Wzór świadectwa zgodności WE dla pojazdów kompletnych lub kopia Certyfikatu zgodności WE dla pojazdów kompletnych. Zamawiający będzie informował Wykonawców o konieczności dołączania do oferty przedmiotowych środków dowodowych każdorazowo w zaproszeniach do składania ofert. 6. Zamawiający będzie wzywał do złożenia lub uzupełnienia przedmiotowych środków dowodowych, zgodnie z art. 107 Ustawy Pzp. 7. Zamawiający nie przewiduje udzielenia zamówień o których mowa w art. 214 ust. 1 pkt. 8 Ustawy Pzp. 8. Zamawiający nie przewiduje wizji lokalnej. 9. Realizacja zamówienia nie wymaga zatrudnienia na podstawie umowy o pracę. 10. Zamawiający nie wymaga zatrudnienia osób o których mowa w art. 96 ust. 2 pkt.2 Ustawy Pzp. 11. Zamawiający nie stawia wymagań dot. możliwości ubiegania się o udzielenie zamówienia wyłącznie przez wykonawców, o których mowa w art. 94 Ustawy Pzp. 12. Zamawiający nie dokonuje zastrzeżenia o obowiązku osobistego wykonania przez Wykonawcę kluczowych zadań.
