What the buyer is looking for

The consultation gives rise to the establishment of a framework agreement with multi-awarded purchase orders (max. 3) setting out all the contractual stipulations with a minimum annual amount: EUR 0(s) excluding VAT, maximum amount for the Urban Community: EUR 2 000 000 excluding VAT and EUR 400 000 excluding VAT for the City of Le Havre.
